Thanks for showing interest in SALT! Before we start training, we’ll have you join up with a current tech and let you shadow them. You may ask questions, but will have no pressure or obligation otherwise. It gives you the ability to look over the various roles and their weekly responsibilities.

If you do decide to continue training, no pressure! We’ll train you from the basics until you feel confident to start on your own serving in various roles.
