You’re not expected to be perfectly timed; simply try to keep slides moving with the sermon as it goes.

By now, you may be feeling nervous, even jitters from knowing everyone can see your work. That’s okay! It’s entirely normal. If you read in the Bible, Joshua had tall shoes to fill when Moses passed on leadership to him. Yet, constantly, God was encouraging him:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” - Joshua 1:9 NIV
So when you get ready, if you need to shake it off, pace before service, or grab a drink, do it! Then, when you’re ready, take a seat and go with it!
