Currently, we have two meeting types:

1. Team Huddles

These are short meetings with the current service team either before or after rehearsal, or briefly before Main Services. These meetings follow a very specific format:

1. Greeting
2. Team Wins
   1. These are to keep the team informed of how well they are doing
3. Order of Service
   1. This solidifies the service flow and areas of improvement
4. Prayer

2. Team Meetings

These are larger, more infrequent meetings, typically in the evening before or after weekday rehearsal, with all tech volunteers and praise team lead by Tim McMillan, associate minister.

Typically, food is provided and may also include breakout sessions for both teams.
